Process for Returns and Swaps

- Bring the Product to the Brewery: If a return or swap is necessary, you are required to bring the product back to our brewery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept mail returns due to the nature of our products.
- Review: Upon return, your item will be inspected by our staff. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the return conditions.
- Exchange or Store Credit: If the return is approved, we will offer an exchange for the item or provide store credit towards your next purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.
Exceptional Circumstances
If the product is defective or if you have received the wrong item, please let us know immediately. In such cases, we will ensure that you are provided with a suitable replacement or a correction is made without any additional cost to you.
Customer Responsibility
It's the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is packed securely and returned in its original condition. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
